SEGA Lindbergh Multi Boot

Hi guys. Recently I got a SEGA Lindbergh.
So I've spent a lot of time searching necessary files in order to make CF card , zero key and Images of games.
So there is a tutorial here in this forum ,but I couldn't able to find those files.
So , can some one help me in this?
