Warning! Buyer Sir Arthur <arturocasant@gmail.com>
The buyer Sir Arthur <arturocasant@gmail.com>, Arturo Cabello Santiago from Spain (I don't think he's a member of this forum) has tricked me, I have sold him two boards for a total of 297,81 GBP, he reports one as faulty and has this on Paypal so indicated as a refund reason. When I received the allegedly faulty back and confirmed this with Paypal, the remaining 297,81 GBP (including shipping costs) were gone. That means he now has one of my boards and paid nothing for it. Therefore my recommendation not to negotiate with him.

I know the other "Arturo". Email him, he is a legit guy. Re: Warning! Buyer Sir Arthur <arturocasant@gmail.com>
I wanted a peaceful solution with him, simply to say he ordered 2 game boards from me, one of them was broken (graphic problems, which were probably caused by statics), but I took it back. Then he demanded that I pay the return shipping plus a higher amount for the one board than I didn't pay for it, he withdrew the total amount at Paypal ~360€, that means I have the two items, plus shipping and then customs which I had to pay when returning the defective board, because he had declared it with the value and not as defective. So now he still has a board from me, didn't pay for it and I suffered a bigger loss. Minus one board and minus 400€ (with the customs costs). And now he claims (with my feedbacks in the OA) that I have faked something that I really don't need. I don't want to have anything to do with this cheater anymore, I want him to be happy with it.Sir Arthur ahf a écrit : ↑23 févr. 2019, 09:36I know the other "Arturo". Email him, he is a legit guy.
